I was in Simi on business this was an ideal place to stay. Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Is a wonderful place, very clean, nice rooms; Esteban was so helpfull, and the lady at breakfast was so nice.
I enjoyed my stay what little time we were there. Clean and neat, friendly staff and great breakfast.
It shares the parking lot with a motel six. I think we got one of their rooms. Doors open to outside. Not normal for HIE. We've stayed at 100+ HIE's so we'd know. Small room, smelled like cigarette smoke and just seemed filthy. Was so glad to leave. This place needs a major remodel. The carpet was disgusting and felt dirty. Will never stay here again.
