Recommendednice place to stay will be back again
Wish floors where mopped better but at least room is clean. Smells good and shower has several shower heads! Nice staff A+ morning breakfast for free a lot of diet choices
Arrived at 2:45 pm for a 3 pm check in and was told our room wasn’t ready and they weren’t sure when it would be ready. Had requested an early check in as well! Had a wedding to attend so we checked in afterwards at 10 pm and went to sleep. Got showers that next morning and stepped out of shower and noticed the floor was filthy in the bathroom and the foyer area in room. Would say this is the worst stay we have ever experienced with IHG. Was very disappointed with this location.
horrible staff Greg Daniels should be terminated. him and his staff stole my property from my paid occupied room and hosted another guest. when I got back to my hotel at the end of my work day to find my property gone they told me they had moved it to another room. I still had an active key to my paid for room. the room they sent me to where my belongings we're supposed to be was occupied by another guest. went back to the lobby to sort it out for the second time now they had my belongings at their front desk. and told me I ... read more
Always clean and up to date.
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were dirty and had bugs. Not even to mention the rudeness of their so-called front office manager Victoria Schafer. She was very little to no help with any of our problems. Not to mention very rude when she couldn't even put her cell phone down to give us any actual attention for help. I definitely do not recommend staying and will not ever stay at this location again.
No complaints. Excellent Breakfast. Clean Room. Nice people.
