i had a positive move where the crew’s attention to detail shone through; despite a couple of language errors, every piece of my furniture arrived intact and safe.
No tub in shower. Nothing in shower to raise foot on. Smoke detector directly above bed blinks brightly every 3 seconds (I timed it). Parking garage not attached to hotel. No parking to load/unload bags. Rough neighborhood. Breakfast was awful.
Good attention, good treatment, Miss Maria of the cleaning did a spectacular job, the weekend breakfast was great, the boy attended and tried in the best way, and the cleaning of the room was spectacular. Super clean hotel, hotel with good smell and, above all, affordable prices. Thank you
Mishap in my booking at Holiday Inn New Rochelle was stressing me out. I discussed it with Shayla who dug into the issue. She showed caring and got it resolved for me . Happy to say I look forward to booking with Holiday Inn again.
