The beds are comfortable and the all the staff are really sweet, they don’t give you an attitude.
Worst hotel I ever stood at in new Rochelle rooms are way to small way over priced barely any parking. Also cleaning lady didn’t even clean my room even tho I paid for 2 nights. Go else where like noma hotel way better.
We started off on the wrong foot here. We thought check-in was 3:00 pm (our fault). We arrived at 3:30 and the lady at the front desk said the soonest they would have a room was 4:30, but probably later. Anything after 4:00 is unacceptable because their check-in time was actually 4:00. She also had a bad attitude and acted like we were bothering her by being there. The staff, the rooms, the location are all great. You are required to valet a vehicle next door and the staff there was bad. They don't acknowledge anyone and you spend a lot of time waiting. As a former valet, they could use some lessons in hospitality and initiative. I never saw any of them receive a cash tip aside from the one decent employee I tipped. If they learned how to work and smile and hurry, I bet they could make a lot more money and leave customers much more satisfied.
