Got to the hotel and when we were trying to check in the person working the front desk it was their first night. She didn’t know how to switch the payment to a different card stood at the counter for 45 minutes while she tried to figure it out. She even called her manager and she was trying to get it to work. My other card got charged for the room. This was on 09/4/20. Now today 9/8 I just got charged for it again. Good service, nice pool area
I left the Hampton because of shitty service and disrespectful staff especially the manger there. I came to this hotel and was treated with excellent customer service and more amenities also. Plus the rate was good
