The actual charges where not explained in the beginning including the parking fees (42$+tax) Breakfast given for 2 people, even though 4 guest where declared in the booking. This has put us in a great difficulty in a city like S.F. Hence i adivse all traveller to cross verify the hotel advertisements before booking. Always been a fan of holiday day Inn, but i am disheartened by the way they treated us here.
Super Zimmer. Sehr sauber! Parken ist gar kein Problem aber recht teuer. Knapp 50 Dollar für 24 Stunden. Haben wir aber gern in Kauf genommen. Auf unserer Rundreise bisher das beste Hotel!
This is our 3rd day here. The staff is very friendly. The first room was on a high floor with great views. The window leading to the balcony was sealed shut. Balcony covered with pigeon droppings. I have a dog so, this was not going to do. At the front desk I spoke to Mark and he put me in a room where I could get fresh air and leave it open so my pup could get it too while I'm at work.
