Nice location, but like everything else in SF way overpriced. Bed was too firm, breakfast choices too expensive.
Yolanda Garcia and Benny were the best at the front desk. Two other ladies were rude and checked people in early and let us sit there for an hour and told us they had no rooms for us to check in early. They accommodated about 5 people for three different rooms on the same floor. And were going to make us wait 2 hours until yolanda came out. She was awesome.
