Candice is fantastic!!
Pool area isn't the cleanest they can definitely improve on that. FYI this is not our 1st visit here. We've gone in afternoon also early morning when no one else was there. Rooms were okay but bathrooms should be deep cleaned especially shower. Location is perfect. Staff was very attentive. We never use restaurant services besides bar area when available. Overall 3 stars
Stayed here expecting a true 4-star experience consistent with the Hilton/DoubleTree brand, but this property fell short. The front desk staff was unwelcoming and disengaged, with none of the usual touches like the signature cookie or even bottled water for members. The room showed clear signs of neglect—peeling paint on the bathroom cabinets, stained carpet, and even a visible screw in the ceiling. I’ve honestly had better stays at many 2- and 3-star hotels.
