Very clean wonderful staff. The check in time and check out time needs to change. And it would be a perfect stay. Breakfast is good. If the check in check out time would change it would be the perfect place.
Amazing hotel. Haley the Sales Director is amazing! 5 star service all the way. Texas hospitality is alive and well at the Staybridge Austin.
We went austin tx and stay at staybridge austin airport and we love it .. :-) we went to the pool and enjoy the beautiful place.. they have continental breakfast free .. the location was so clean neat.. & nice smell. .. we thinking about to go there again .. :-)
Very clean, rooms are big and they have a kitchen. I liked the place. Kind people.
I was recently here for a month for job training. The staff here are very friendly. They greet you any chance they get. If there is a issue with the room, they are quick to respond. Complimentary breakfast is good. Not a fan of the scrambled eggs or bacon. The cut fruits are always fresh. They also have free dinners, w/ beer, 3 times a week (Mon, Tues, and Wed). I travel for my job all the time but this has been my first time ever staying at a Staybridge suites ever. I'm so impressed by this hotel stay that I will be looking to stay at more of these locations They have one of the best breakfast bars I've ever encountered and my handicapped rooms was one of the largest I've stayed in anywhere. The staff was very accommodating with my request for a room near the elevator and helpful with free ridge coupon for Austins versions of lyft. The Staybridge Suites Austin Airport is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. They have a free shuttle service that picked me up from the airport and they also told me that if you ever get into town from the airport when its past shuttle hours they have taxi vouchers for you so you don't have to pay for your transportation to the hotel. Megan at the front desk was amazing, my suite was clean and beautiful with a kitchenette and to top it all off they have Texas shaped waffles.
