The customer service from the staff was above and beyond fantastic. From housekeeping, to front desk, to the bar, everyone was friendly and couldn't do enough to make my stay nicer. This is an older property with a few scars but the staff keep everything cleaned to the highest standards. I won't need to look around for places to stay the next time I'm in the Amarillo area. Clean and friendly!
This is a very nice Holiday Inn. Great convenient location, right on service road of I-40. Rooms are clean, and look recently refreshed. Highlight of the hotel is the center courtyard (indoors) it has an average to large sized pool, pool tables, game room, and some nice interior architecture. Interior facing rooms have optional balcony. Staff is friendly and on site cafe is very nice.
Just spent the night here. Although the interior looks a little old, the entire place is really nice. The room was clean, and it got cool in there really quick once the AC was turned on. The staff was very friendly and helpful, any questions that came up were answered quickly and politely. The diner was really good, the staff in there were also very nice, and friendly. Overall, I would stay here again if I were to visit or need a place to stay.
