Great service. Love everything about my hair. It was very obvious that Maria my stylist knew what she was doing. Very friendly. Overall great experience. Definitely going to Maria again!
Guys, never let Maria, THE STORE MANAGER AND REGIONAL ADVISOR, touch your hair. She took a razor to my below-the-middle-of-my-back hair and chopped it. Flat out chopped it. I'd post a picture if I could. No layering, no flow, which she assured me she would do. Afterwards, her co-worker left conditioner in my hair to convince me to buy an expensive product that other hair stylists have never heard of. Went there on Tuesday for a hair trim and layers. Told her I wanted the shampoo, cut and style for $17.50....left with my hair looking like a frizz ball because all she did was blow dry it and put some stuff in it and that's called styling?! No, that's just them being lazy. I do not have intentions of going back.
Their customer service is great but hairstylist- not so much. Regret goin. The length isn't correct or even. The colors not even correct. I know they have a 7 day "we will fix if you don't like"... but that's scary too and $150 for crap. Only went because it was important for today. Well. Ended up wearing a hat! Could have and have done better myself. Smh keryann should rethink careers/ also- when your "stylist" has crappy looking hair should've said f it- and gone to my normal person for $80. I went in on a Tuesday evening, only 1 person there. I was having my hair dyed, roots mostly the girl did not compare my color to hair swatches and ended up too dark, she then offered to do it over after she rinsed me the second time she missed some dye on both sides by my ears, instead of taking me back to the bowl she sprayed the sides with the cold water from a spray bottle and attempted to towel it off... I left with stains on my skin from the dye and a visible line where she stopped the process. She never pulled the dye... read more
