I have been a client at this Holiday Hair off and on since 2002. Today was a very bad experience -- I came in to get my hair done and was told to return at 1030am. The girl took my name and SCHEDULE me in for that time. I arrived ON TIME expecting to get my hair done when the same girl told me to come back later because she was cutting this other guy's hair who wasn't even scheduled. I am guessing he was a boyfriend or a love interest. VERY RUDE.
Such an amazing team! The girls there were extremely friendly and very caring! I will be recommending all my family and friends to come here! Holiday Hair has made a huge change! Go see them!

if ZERO stars were an option . . . horrible, just horrible. it took several hours to get my 13 year old to stop crying. NEVER AGAIN. this place needs shut down!
Paid 20.00 for me to walk out with my hair looking the same as it did when I walked in......you suck Rachel and I will NEVER come back again and will discourage others as well. And not to mention, Rachel never even touched my bangs....all she did was literally hold a huge wad of hair straight up in the air, cut about a 1/2" off and let it drop and razored on each side of my face and called it done. I was literally in the chair about 5 minutes and that's it!!!
Took my mother inlaw for her hair appt at 5:45. Got there and was told rudely that we would have to wait 45 minutes. Went back 45 minutes later to be told we would need to wait longer!! Now remind you we weren't a walk in we were a scheduled appointment with walk ins going ahead of us! Ended up just leaving! Never again!!
