I wish I could give them no stars! This company took months to get back to me after I had a leak on the back sliding door. They eventually sent someone out. However, a few months later it’s leaking again my warranty has expired and the person who was supposed to be getting back to me said he was working from home due to Covid and here we are over a month later and getting no response. Horrible. I would never recommend these builders. Poor craftsmanship. Excuse after excuse as to why things are done half ass. My roof looks horrible (even my new neighbors like to bring it to my attention) waiting on a call from Bob is regards to the roof is a joke. They don’t answer calls. In the words of a “holiday builder employee “well it’s only a $250 k house”
