I met the manager when I walked in and she was very polite and professional. Her name is Michelle. I explained to her that I was looking for a studio apt for my son. She sat down with me and told me she has one but it wouldn't be available until mid August. I let her know that was perfect. She gave me her card and I told her that I would send my son to her the next morning because he works nights and was asleep at the time. Michelle was very pleasant to work with.
