It was 102°, but lovely picnic tables in the shade, with stone verandas. Clean, beautiful site, with incredible natural monuments. Designated pet areas, also.

The zoo is overpriced and my kids didn’t enjoy it, it was hot and we didn’t see all the animals. I wish I hadn’t done it as I paid for 7 people to spend 5 minutes. The hole in the rock is really cool. I’d have liked more time in it. Nice tour guide. a higher price for a 12 minute tour. Glad I did the museum tour, but the zoo I wish I’d passed. All the staff appeared nice. I figure we all got to make a living so whatever on the zoo... won’t do it again.

6.25.19 at 2pm we had just finished a tour with a nice lady and were browsing the gift shop when a man whom i suppose was the manager, who had just come in from smoking a cigarette next to the door, starts chewing out his employee at the cash register and kept saying the same things over and over as we are standing ten feet away. I intervened and told him this is not the place to have this conversation and he argued back with me that this was his place and hed do what he wanted. We paid for our things the kids picked out to ... read more

We went after living in Moab for 20+ years. It was amazing! The tour was informative and interesting. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The petting zoo was great...all the different animals and learning a little about each of them. We enjoyed this whole experience! The grounds were very nice and clean and loved the gift shops :) We will definitely be back. :) Love this place!!! <3
