Do not trust this company. No physical address and they don't return phone calls. After dealing with them for three weeks, I asked the alleged CEO, Milly Nieves, to delete my application, stating that if they treated their clients with the same disrespect they treated me, that it was not a company for me. Notice the last name. They are leaving their own google reviews.
I refer many cases of special needs to Holding Hands. They are sincere, honest and care about their community. They are untiring in all efforts to assist. Awesome in all lines of therapies and referrals to specialist if needed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company referred by my son's school is by far the worst service between the admin staff and therapists. The lack of professionalism and work ethic are by far the worst. After being on a wait list for a little over 6 months I hear from this agency where they ask for an intake with a therapist David. We meet at Dunkin I thought all was fine. I then learn David will be his continuing therapist. He comes to the first session and I thought all went well. That was the last I saw him.
