AJ was amazing. He went above and beyond from what he was supposed to. He was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable on what he came to repair on my AC. He was very patient with me because I had many questions about my AC system. He did a fantastic job on the repair and was very efficient and meticulous on leaving the repair looking new like it did the day we moved into our home. He also put in our filters for me when he didn’t have to, he insisted and before he installed them he made sure to clean the vent area up.... read more

Rene, was the consummate professional, no one ever shows up @ 8 when you are given a time between 8-12. I was late and he waited without a complaint. He diagnosed the problem and effected a repair. He informed me of a Bosch system that provides heat and AC and might be more effective going forward. I ask to have someone contact me about the Bosch unit. Rene is an excellent representative for Holders. Thank you Rene

Isaiah was a nice person. . However.. he diagnosed my heater incorrectly. I called another local company for a second opinion.. they fixed it right away.. it was a clogged hose. They saved me 13000 ..
