This clinic remained bulk billed even when everyone were hiking their prices. Dr Kuku is an amazing doctor. One visit with him and we changed our GP. Lady doctor at this clinic patiently removed huge wax from my child's eat spending over 30 mins with so much patience. They do all that with bulk bill. Hi, i think there is a problem with your online booking system. Booked, went there and closed. Seems to be a consistent problem reviewing your previous google reviews which you might want to fix.
Day and the time I book, clinic was just closed. Wasting my time and energy to get there. I wish to give zero star.

If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. The only Doctor at the practice worth seeing was Dr. Kuku but he went missing in action without letting his patients know. But he's not the problem. The other 2 Doctors at this practice are among the worst I've ever seen in the Medical Profession. Both of them are uncaring, they don't listen well, there is absolutely no empathy.
