If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. The only Doctor at the practice worth seeing was Dr. Kuku but he went missing in action without letting his patients know. But he's not the problem. The other 2 Doctors at this practice are among the worst I've ever seen in the Medical Profession. Both of them are uncaring, they don't listen well, there is absolutely no empathy. I made a booking weeks ago and came, closed. No one told me. They have my number. Why just can’t even send a text message? This is a doctor appointment. Not acceptable. They can’t imagine patients come to the clinic and waste their time and money ?
Ive recently changed to Dr. Kuku and I'm extremely happy with his services and pleasant mannerism....highly recommended… ONE VERY LARGE pit fall is the reception staff are extremely ill mannered and rude, dont listen, nor engage in the question, lack any professionalism and talk over you. She mumbles on the phone,wih complete attitude and boredom of job. barely answers the phone.. on the 2.5 days it’s open. 1 ⭐️ as the reception is SO RUDE.. she’s the face of the clinic.
