RecommendedI live here part time and it’s a great place. It is a very secure gated community and has all the amenities.
Was a resident for over 3 years at this property and I loved everything about it! Staff is always friendly and welcoming when you come in for packages or questions, non emergency work orders were always completed in less than 24 hours. They have monthly events for the residents included with games, alcohol, food and even joined a Goat Yoga event! I had a pool view and never had an issue with loud obnoxious noise or parties, overall I would have stayed longer if I wasn’t purchasing a home. Ask for Amber, her customer service ... read more
Excellent community and the staff is absolutely AMAZING!!!
The apartments are beautiful but AMBER TRISTAN the assistant manager is a horrible person. She spoke to me sooo rude on the phone !!! She didn’t reply any of my emails and basically ignored me when I had a question about leasing an apartment at this place. I do not recommend anyone to talk to her.
Love living here! The area is safe, beautiful and very dog friendly!

Absolutely LOVE living at Holden Heights!! The apartments are beautiful and very affordably priced, the neighborhood is absolutely unbeatable and the staff is wonderfully attentive and helpful!! Donald Shorts in particular has been incredibly accommodating and goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure tenants are taken care of. Couldn't recommend this place enough!!
