Very bad. Permanent damage to a young man because Heitner ignored infection from surgery. If treatment occurred immediately, would be ok. After 10 days Heitnerignored, I took him to ER. Thank God for ER. Heitner told ER to send him home. They went over Heitners head and admitted. MRSA, surgery and 11 day stay in hospital. Arrogant too.
