Hola Auto Sales is under new management and the new management lacks integrity. My previous experience many years ago here was fantastic! I had credit challenges than and as a result buy here pay here was all I thought I could qualify for. They treated me wonderful. GREAT customer service!!! Everyone was very pleasant! Great selection of Toyotas, Hondas, Acuras, etc. They tend to stay away from American made vehicles and provide products with a better history of reliability. Free oil changes for the term of financing. They will work with you if your vehicle needs repair after purchase. Options to upgrade to bigger, better or more preferred after 6 months. We had been communicating with a guy there about buying a 4 runner, took off work early to make it before they closed, and completely wasted our time (over an hour drive there) and gas in the end. When we got there, they failed to inform us the car we wanted and had been talking with him about for over a week was sold. Not only did he say that, we were told “it wasn’t his problem”. VERY poor communication and customer service. Don’t ever buy from them. Scammers and unprofessional.
