I absolutely loved everything, except the wait, but the food was amazing
Normally have an excellent experience, however today was disappointing. I'm one of the very few who are allergic to onions and I always ask for my meal without onions, as I did today. Was told by the server to tell the chef, which I did and he confirmed. Unfortunately, I was unable to eat the fried rice due to it contained onions. Otherwise, was very good just felt that the restaurant should pay more attention when someone says NO to something there is generally a reason. I am giving my review the second time the first time I didn't have a pleasant time but this time was a lot better and the owner made his wrong, right. So thank you for fixing your mistake from last time. We had a great time this time
The last few times I've gone, I've been really disappointed by the service in the restaurant area (not hibachi). Drinks are constantly needing refilled and left for a long time. We eventually asked for refills ourselves. Wait staff don't really stop by or check on you much. Food isn't brought out even close to the same time as the other people you're eating with, which is awkward to watch other people eat and wonder where your food is. It's a shame, because the food is quite good.
