We had originally had a group of 12 then it ended up being 16. To start off the menus were just left in corner of the counter, so my son got up and distributed them around. The server was slow to bring refill drinks and she forgot our soups that came with the dinner. The cook was in rush to cook the dinners, the rice was soggy and other parts tasted burnt. Slow service and overall awful food quality. We will not be coming back for the hibachi part. In past we have had good experiences but this was terrible!
Always a great expierence at Hokkaido! We usually do the all you can eat sushi but on Christmas Eve we have a tradition of hibachi. Great time last night and the good was excellent. The chef was more then friendly!
One of our favorite restaurants! The food is always amazing and we are treated so well by the staff and owner. Highly, highly recommend!!!
The waitstaff is friendly and always willing to share stories of their country origin. Last night we talked about Beijing China, architecture, and customs. He even showed me his pictures of his last trip. Fun time and we're coming back this week with our family for Peking Duck.
It was so much fun!!! Our chef knew all the jokes and tricks. Best dinner and show that I've experienced !!!
The food was excellent!!! Service was a little messed up, forgot our soup, salad, sushi was late, but we got it it was worth it !!!
