Professional dependable and knowledgeable. I have known them for a long time. He can diagnose a problem in a few minutes and know what has to be done. He is trustworthy and has the assets to complete the job. He is a quiet asset on any job because he has done it before, seen it before, fixed it before.
We had Marion install a tankless water heater a while ago and he never finished the job or even pulled a permit for the install. He only hooked up the cold water and just left the hot water pipe exposed outside. When we tried to contact him to finish the job, he was non-responsive.

Frustrating and disappointing experience. I spent two weeks trying to get a water heater replaced with Hogtown Plumbing. The plumber promised to do it "next week," but proceeded to ghost me for the entire next week. Even when he was responding, it was only occasionally and never completely (i.e. ignoring questions).
