I ran into three men who I can see are trying to change their lives around, but standing outside in the rain, basically doing addict behavior because when you’re addicted to drugs, you have nowhere to live, you’re out in the street panhandling and selling things how can you not see? It’s just the same but in a different form. I personally do not feel like this establishment teaches you about recovery.
