I was in crisis twice and could not reach him. Ruthie, however, is made of gold and helped fit me in the next day during one event; however it was three days after I called. I think the other event, he sent a response back through Ruthie (not sure) but again the reply was days after my episode. I need a doc able and willing to reach me when I reach out in crisis. My therapist, who sends patients often, had warned me, but also said she considers him best in town for adjusting meds. 6mo fail 4 me.

Dr. Hogan diagnosed my illness and worked with me to find a medication to alleviate the symptoms. I find him to be highly knowledgeable in his field, caring, pleasant and easy to talk to. His office manager, Ruthie, is excellent. One thing that may bother some is that you almost always have to leave a message. If you see Ruthie at work you will understand why; she is always busy filing insurance, making calls, etc. You WILL get a return call and Dr. Hogan is worth the short wait. A+++

Dr Hogan was kind and and seemed genuinely interested in helping me with my anxiety and depression. He was very easy to talk to and took his time during the appointment. I did not feel rushed as he took his time to get a thorough history.
