We made an appointment for our dog who is 14 and having several issues . We sat there almost an hour and we never got our dog taken back meanwhile 3 other dogs came in who called after us with minor problems and were seen before our dog . It was like we were invisible!! We left and won’t be going back !!

RecommendedWhen I lived in Minnesota I took all my pets to them for 16 or 17 years even before they were in the building they were in now They were incredible and I wish my pets could go there now but I live out of state Dr Barr was my fur babies dr he has retired now

Took my brothers dog in a week ago for potential lymes. Saw the vet did some test took a temp and said oh good that normal if it was lymes he would have s fever. Cool! Test comes back he has lymes. Says we caught it early enough so he will be just fine here are the meds so on and so fourth. Well last night we ran out of the meds that’s supposed to fight the disease. 1 pull 2x a day for 14 days. From the moment I called they answered the phone before they opened. I was hysterical as I just found my best friend (dog named Kapone) deceased. I wish I remembered her name, but she was so patient, kind and understanding. She walked me through the process and options. She carried my 75lb friend all by her self and said I shouldn't have to worry about that. She said things I needed to hear when I needed to hear them. We have always had excellent care at this clinic. My lab just had to have ACL surgery done again on her other rear leg. The doctors did a great job on the first one. I really appreciate the time the doctors take to explain the procedure and the follow up care. I have always had questions answered and never been rushed through an appointment.
