Took my brothers dog in a week ago for potential lymes. Saw the vet did some test took a temp and said oh good that normal if it was lymes he would have s fever. Cool! Test comes back he has lymes. Says we caught it early enough so he will be just fine here are the meds so on and so fourth. Well last night we ran out of the meds that’s supposed to fight the disease. 1 pull 2x a day for 14 days. From the moment I called they answered the phone before they opened. I was hysterical as I just found my best friend (dog named Kapone) deceased. I wish I remembered her name, but she was so patient, kind and understanding. She walked me through the process and options. She carried my 75lb friend all by her self and said I shouldn't have to worry about that. She said things I needed to hear when I needed to hear them. They sent us a "sorry about your loss" card with a personalized message. She made his paw print for us. Just... read more

We have always had excellent care at this clinic. My lab just had to have ACL surgery done again on her other rear leg. The doctors did a great job on the first one. I really appreciate the time the doctors take to explain the procedure and the follow up care. I have always had questions answered and never been rushed through an appointment.
Love taking my litters there and adult dogs for routine things. Great staff ! They are quick and efficient during appointments ( even with multiple dogs ) can't recommend anywhere else in Hastings!
Save your pet pain and your wallet and go some where else!
Last two appointments I waited over 45 minutes for. With nervous rescues I can't wait that long. I understand emergencies but... Rescue owners DO NOT see Dr Diane. She claims my dog bit her (and brings it up every time I bring him in which makes me think she feels he doesn't deserve vet care) when he's never been out of my sight and kenneled when he's not in exam room.
