Hire new and better management, new cooks and a more observant, caring (as in giving a darn) and capable staff. Every meal we had was either cold (ice cold, like right out of the walk-in cold AND flat pancakes!- how is that possible?), wrong (cheese included when asked not to in a dish where it couldn't be removed and fruit served instead of potatoes), overcooked (HARD yolks in an eggs Benedict!) and tasteless (no salt on fried fish).
