We had the pleasure of having Tech Marselo Ortega work on our refrigeration unit. He not only did a great job, but in several instances he went over and above the call of duty. One thing he did that no one else has ever done was that he actually crawled into our air return and did some calking where he thought some air might be escaping. He felt our old switch box was inadequate and he installed a new one and attached the wiring. He switched our blades because he wasn't happy with the vibration. I could go on. My sisters air was down for a while she has a illness that makes it so she has to keep the temperature at a certain level or it escalates her warranty company wasn't taking care of the problem Hoffman went out and got her unit running within a couple hours of the call to them. Excellent company and they truly care about there customers. I recommend them to everyone.

Hoffman Refrigeration was an awful expericence! Their customer service is absolutely horrible! If you have a home warranty and the warranty company wants to send this company out to fix your A/C unit kindly defer to the next company or ask them if they will cover a company that you researched yourself.The communication between you and Hoffman's is non exsistant! My husband was out of town and I called these guys, I have been ripped of before by some of the bigger AC companies but these guys are honest and came right out to my house. They fixed the system and within 30 minutes my house was cool again! Awesome company!

I highly recommend Hoffman Refrigeration. From the very beginning they were very helpful and polite. The technician that came out to my home was very professional. I never felt pressured and never felt like he was trying to just sell me something that I didn't need. Hoffman Refrigeration gets 5 stars!

I was referred to by a friend to use Hoffman Refrigeration to service my AC unit at my home. They were very helpful and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. They asked me when I wanted service and were very prompt in arriving at the time that was good for me. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. This is a great company all around!

This company did a great job. The office staff was very helpful from the minute I called. The technician answered every question I had with ease and no hesitation. They made me feel very comfortable with everything they did. The Technician, also, did not try to up sell the problems. He fixed what need to be done and was honest. This is a great company and I have passed their information onto my family members and friends!! :)
