Extremely poor customer service. I recently tried to buy a car at Hoffman Lexus and failed. I thought that I had a deal and then the dealer stopped taking my calls and didn't return my voice messages or emails. This is over a three week period. As a result, I am no longer eligible for an incentive that has expired in the interim. Extremely frustrating. I had previously bought 5 cars at this dealership. I thought that I would get the white glove treatment.
I never write reviews. But today I felt compelled to do so. My husband and I have been looking at cars/suvs for the past few weeks and hadn't found our "wow" car/suv yet, that is, until today. We had by far the best Salesperson (Matt Louis) that we have ever dealt with. He was SUPER knowledgeable about the SUV, we felt ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE and he just had an all around great personality. I am astonished at the amazing service I receive from Hoffman Lexus! Mike came right out to help me from roadside and Jeff Dorman took care of everything swiftly and efficiently. The level of professionalism is unsurpassed. I am now convinced I will only do business with them. Hands down best service out there!
This dealership is a rip off. Gives misleading information about their warranty and knowledge about their vehicles. Their only concern is to make the sale. I will continue to blog about my ongoing three year struggle with this dealership. Hoffman driven by distrust
