Excellent service! Questions were answered quickly and professionally.
I have been extremely satisfied with all the service representatives I have felt with....Joclynn was great and when she was unavailablet Monica cover ...they both are true profesdionals....they listen , took action and make me feel that they truely appreciate me as a valued customer. We had an inital salesman not on his game and the supervisors rectified the problem and made sure our needs were addressed.
RecommendedI was dealing with the collision department, Dave S. was very nice and professional on the phone, and just as nice in person. He explained the entire process well, and gave me some helpful tips on my claim with the people that rear ended my car. It has given me a piece of mind knowing my car is in good hands, and all will be done correctly.
