Beware stay away they are crooks. Go to a different Jiffy Lube. Saratoga Jiffy Lube is nothing but crooks.
RecommendedI don’t personally care for the jiffy lube but Hoffman’s car wash is great; much better here than Queensbury.
I called Hoffman Jiffy Lube for a price on an oil change on my Ford 350 diesel. I was told $93. When the car was in the bay they called me in to inform me that I needed Mobil 1 synthetic and it would be over $150. I told them to pull it out of the bay and I would find somewhere else. Then he said the regular oil would be fine. I then told him that I tow a 13,000 lb 5th wheel. He said it would be fine I had it done but now I am afraid that I may have a problem. Had my wife’s CRV inspected today and was told it failed due to a torn wiper blade. Shame on me for not asking to see it because my wife later reminded me she replaced both wipers less than three weeks ago. I have my doubts. Of course They tried to sell me tire rotations, oil changes new air filters ... I just changed those last month too. my girlfriend got her interior cleaned today and I have to say it was the worst I've ever seen. she asked the kid if he wanted her to take out car seats and he said no I'll just vacuum around them, on top of between the seats not being vacuumed and the dash not being cleaned I cant see where he wiped anything down...not sure how that screams customer service....
Went there for an inspection and ended up with an unauthorized oil change!
Worst interior cleaning ever! Will never go back. Obvious summer help definitely not trained
Went to get an oil change last week, they took out my air filter to show me how clean it was, (I did not need a new one) but they did not put it back in correctly. They ripped the rubber seal putting it back in and it was placed in crooked. A week later I ended up having to buy a new one at Advanced Auto and I put it in myself. Sloppy work Jiffy Lube!!!
