It's TERRIBLE!!! If you go to any of the other Hoffman's they are much bette! Why is it that I go to the Clifton Park Hoffman's and my truck gets completely washed and dried....and I get to stay in my truck with my kids and dogs, yet I have to take my kids and dogs out of my truck in Colonie and my truck isn't nearly as clean as it is from the Clifton Park Hoffman's. Spend 40 dollars and they can't clean the inside if my truck right. This is the 3rd time this has happen. Unreal. No wiped down right. Have dirt marks still all over my doors. Etc
This used to be the best value in town. For the past few years, the prices went up and the quality went down. I have yet to leave with clean windows. The outside of the car is clean. The inside is also. But the windows are always streaky and smeared, and they never reach the bottom of the inside front windshield. Such a disappointment. Anyone know where else to go? This is just a waste of my money.
Like how the exterior looks afterwards, but the employees need to learn to clean an interior. Carpets will still have dirt, dash not completely wiped down, console barely touched, and door sill plates aren't wiped down most times. Have made complaints to manager but nothing seems to get done.
Paid $40 for inside and out and my cup holders were left filthy and still had straw wrappers in them. My inside doors and glove box had marks on them and clearly were not wiped well. Very very disappointed that I had to clean my car myself again after I left.
