RecommendedThis was my first time ever having an oil change. All of the employees were wonderful.
I got an oil change and inspection, took my truck over for the FREE car wash and they took my free coupon marked up my windshield with the letters and numbers, then refused to clean it unless I cleaned the pine needles out of the truck bed. So much for a free car wash. I refused and they left the number and letter in my windshield . Very disappointing. Joe Baker Location on central ave.
Went in for an oil change. Took over two hours which wasn’t too bad seeing how there were two cars in front of me. They then proceeded to brake my hood. Which I have never had issues closing until after I saw them. Now my hood won’t stay shut. I saw them repeatedly slam my hood down trying to get it to stay shut. Definitely won’t be going back
My husband came in for an oil change at 530pm on Monday 6/4 for the first time. There were no other cars there at that time. He sat for over an hour watching the techs juggle cans, goof around and not be working on his car. Then they were making another young kid do all the work as each new car came in. It's ok Service wasn't the Greatest and for $25.00 I'm not sure a RE Visit anytime soon
Customer service can be shitty sometimes and there are not a lot of customer service representative that go above and beyond to ever customer that walks through the door. There is a girl at jiffy lube her name is Dolores on central ave that is extremely nice! And I am sharing this post to show her I appreciate her kindness. I wish I can show her picture but to afraid to ask lol. She’s a young African American woman with the prettiest eye lashes.
