I emailed my displeasure over the ultimate wash done on my car last week. No response. Wash and vacuum fine. Windows, dash, floorboards etc. not done.
Was just there and paid an extra $21 to upgrade to inside and out service from my free exterior wash coupon. To say extremely disappointed is an understatement! Doesn’t even look like they touched the inside of my car- except I saw them in it so I know they were at least in it. Tried to save time and paid a little extra and still have to go do it myself somewhere else. Will definitely not be returning or recommending to anyone I know!
Got my inside and out done on my truck barely vacuumed floors only thing they did was clean my windows didn’t even bother to wipe my doors or even my dash
I was just at Hoffman's, been there plenty of times before, and they always did an okay job. I could have possibly complained many times before, but never did. Today, I encountered an individual that actually took his job seriously, he was the last one in the line to dry clean the car. He noticed there were areas missed along the way, he asked if it would be okay to pool the car on the side of the building to vacuum and clean the spots that were missed. location at 1757 Central Ave is absolutely terrible. staff was extremely rude. I will never take my car there again.
I paid $34. The tire wells were still dirty, the car was not vacuumed well at all. The front and back windows had pine sap on them when it went in and it was still there when they said it was done. Had I known this I would not have put a tip in the can. I asked them to please clean the windows and they seemed displeased. It was moved off to the side and they used a special cleaner to remove the sap but never removed the smears. Definitely did not get my money's worth!
