I wanted to give a huge thanks to the guys at Hoffman's car wash - I pulled up this morning to get my car washed and completely forgot that my husband attached a bike rack. They could have turned me away but instead they detached the rack - no small feat - washed my car and reattached it before I left. One of the guys even held the door for me as he was carrying the rack to the front. Thanks for going above and beyond.
Absolute worst service to date.. normally I don't have a problem, but I brought my car in for a vacuuming and exterior wash then got in my car and it looked exactly like it did when I got there. Doesn't look like it has even been touched.. didn't expect to go to a car wash and then leave and have to wash it again. Streaks everywhere, spots inside missed completely, seat covers/mirrors/seat adjustments all over the place. Should have more respect for people's vehicles. Can't say I'll be back here anytime soon.
I paid yesterday $30.00 and tip $10 for what ones you get in your car 🚗 and it's still dirty WHY??? My first time and my car was still dirty in and outside... $30 down the drain!!!
I haven't had my vehicle cleaned in over 6mo. Last time I was at Hoffman, I paid over $150.00 for an express detailing and wax. Yesterday, my vehicle was dirty (exterior) and was in dire need of a cleaning. I provided my Hoffman Wash Card, and reloaded for 2 washes. I was told my wheels would be shined and exterior cleaned. After 20mins of waiting, inside was barely cleaned & wheels were not shined. I expect this from McDonald's, not Hoffmans where I've spent A LOT of money.
It is so much smaller than the Clifton park one. I only go to this one when I'm despatate
For what they charge... Horrible service... Left with a car still wet... Stopped around corner and finished drying off..... Front window had a bunch of streaks.... Ran over to Walmart to buy Windex and paper towels to redo.... I'll do it myself next time..... Was not happy at all.... Almost wanted to show them how to do their job
