My car was hit today in a parking lot and the driver took off with no note. I brought my car over to the detail center to see if there was anything they could do to help. My car was pulled in right away and they were able to buff out all of the scuff marks. The staff was super patient and very thorough. I can’t thank you guys enough for all of your help!!!
Prices keep going up and service goes down. Charged $4 extra for hand drying because it wasn't included on the car wash gift card they sold me. Then watched the person drying the car take 1 swipe at the hood and windshield and give me a thumbs up. As usual, I then had to dry it myself and clean the windows. I remember when Hoffman's name meant good service. Boy how times have changed.
More and more I am regretting using Hoffman's for my service and have already switched from Jiffy Lube to another shop to get my oil changed, tires and other minor needs. The quaility of the work performed by employees continues to decline and several times over the past month I've had to have my vehicles sent through a second time for touch up work. I went yesterday for an Ultimate car wash and had to pay $35 for 1 car wash!! For that I got a car wash that wasn't fully clean. There was still dirt on the inside of the car and the outside of the windows were hardly cleaned. The kids who cleaned the inside after the exterior wash felt the need to change my Radio station to some rap station and just laughed about it. For the price I was extremely disappointed, the quality has gone downhill a lot!!!
