I have a membership for outside washes. I had some extra time before work and decided to swing by latham and get an interior done. Back window wasnt touched(one of the main reasons i went, i wiped it down a week ago and it was so hot it was instantly drying the spray the second it hit and left it very streaky and its bugged me since) and well the rest shows in pics, also windshield had little green fibers all over it from towel but hard to get right angle to show in pic... deff not worth the $20 upcharge, outside looked dece... read more
Clean car
I went yesterday and I am very disappointed in the service I received and it’s not the first time! It will be the last time I go. The vacuuming was ok, not the greatest but the other side when they wipe the inside down was and always is the worst! They hardly wipe it down at all😡😡😡😡
Subpar service. I paid a lot of money to have my car detailed here, and was just not at all satisfied with that job. I mean suuuure, it looks clean. They were able to remove all of the stains from the backseat. But sight is not our only sense. There’s also taste! And let me tell you: when i press my open mouth against the seats, I can still taste the formaldehyde.
DO NOT GO TO HOFFMAN CAR WASH IN LATHAM BECAUSE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THEY ARE A BIG RIP OFF AND DO NOT HONOR THE BLUE PAID FOR CAR WASHES. THEY ASKED ME TO PAY AN EXTRA $6.00 to TOWEL dry off my car AND TOLD ME EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS EXTERIOR ULTIMATE CAR WASH THEY WERE GOING TO DOWNGRADE MY SERVICE. IT IS NOT RIGHT TO DECEIVE CUSTOMERS AND CHARGE THEM EXTRA EVEN THOUGH WE PAY FOR AN ULTIMATE CAR WASH ALREADY. I just went this afternoon, my car was already vacuumed from my visit at Jiffy Lube on Monday. They didn’t vacuum cup holders, or console. Still coffee on the front passenger seat (very apparent), crumbs in the shifter... WTH! Who’s running this place?? $27 for this, mind as well as doing it yourself, it’s a ripoff !They lost my business because apparently they haven’t improved their service. Vacuumed all my tree needles away from Christmas and cleaned inside and out of salt. Only one mat did not come too clean and that is driver’s just too much salt! Smells great!
I have used Hoffman's for years. I went yesterday and paid to have both inside and outside done. Inside if my car is still a mess. They didn't vacuum under the seats, there are still dried leaves in the car, cup holders weren't touched, cover of the console between seats wasn't touched and inside of the doors wasn't wiped down. It was a waste of my money and they have lost my business. I will either do it myself or pay a neighbor kid. Too bad because they used to do a great job .
Have brought in 2 cars the last 2 Saturday’s for Inside Detailing and have to say what a FANTASTIC job they did. I would HIGHLY recommend them for ANY detailing service
