They are courteous and do a nice job, but are very expensive.
I signed up a year ago for unlimited inside and out for both of our vehicles. Our son also did the same. Excellent customer car and everyone is pleasant and hard workers. Thank you for all you do!!
Absolutely awful customer service. The kids they have working cant even dry a car right, and when i got out to do it for them i got yelled at by a supervisor and he felt the need to slam my trunk close because i told em id be done in a sec. No cars behind me either, wasnt slowing anyone down or hurting anybody. You all are doing awful lately.

After 16 years, today was the last day that I ever spend another dollar at this business. For as long as I can remember, I've always grabbed a clean towel and pulled around the side of the building so I could finish drying off my car from all the spots you missed. I had just become numb to the poor service all these years. Today I was told I couldn't do it.
Got my car washed Friday night and when it came out the outside was still dirty with dirt all along the bottom and bird poop on the window. Spoke to two managers asking nicely if they would run it through again, they said they would need to charge me. For a $25 car wash I'll never go to Hoffmans car wash in Clifton park ever again!!! Horrible customer service
