Went in for an oil change. Came out with my coin tray empited out. Went back in and no one was man enough to own up to it. Called them out on theft and they didn't care.
Gone through twice and they still didn’t clean out the wheels.... and I asked the second time thought for them to do it and they didn’t...... such a joke...
Quick. Fast. Great kids working there. Plus it was only 10 bucks for oil change. Veterans Day!
Not impressed!! The price goes up and quality consistently goes down!!
I brought my car here for the first time today and was terribly disappointed. I paid $28 for an exterior wash and wax and when I got home and looked at my car it looked as if it hadn't even been washed let alone waxed. There were pieces of dirt and muddy water streaks all over my car, the bottom part right under the door looked like it hadn't even been touched and I'm 90% sure they didn't wax my car even though I paid extra for it. I have had my car waxed every time I get it washed and it definitely doesn't look the same.
Absolutely terrible. Had the ultimate wash done, and it look like they barely touched it. They didn't wipe out or vacuum cup holders as it says in the description. They didn't wipe down the door panels as it says in the description. They ran it through the wash, barely passed the vacuum, and cleaned the widows. That's all. Will NOT be back. Disgusted. All they employees cared about was watching the clock to go home.
Just left Hoffmans after getting the car washed...looks like even though I told them when I checked in they might need to scrub the car a little on the passenger side, this is what I was left with. All they did was spray the front of the car/grill with soap and send it trough. There is no actual contact with a person, until they dry it off. The spots all over the car should have been noted by the drying crew and sent back through with a little more attention to detail. Won't be going back.
