Beware: Hoffman’s drive through automatic car wash on central avenue in Albany has faulty tracks and sensors! Caused car to rear end us on Saturday! The track stopped pushing our car forward and started bucking my car. The sensors did not stop the tracks and pushed the women behind us into my car causing bumper damage and our rim was damaged as the car bucked and scraped on the track. Faulty equipment caused damage to vehicle
You charged my daughter for a synthetic oil change when she asked for a regular oil change then said you only did synthetic changes. Nice to see techs taking advantage of young women. She even had a coupon which said exactly what she wanted in addition to telling you. Very disappointed and will not be back unless she is refunded. Looking at the other reviews management better take a close look at their operations.
Hoffman Car Wash is the absolute BEST. I have the $37.95/month unlimited package. Every once in a while I pay the extra $20 for a hot wax and interior cleaning. I hope people tip well because they do a great job.

Just left from getting an in and out cleaning here’s a picture from under my seat and other areas. There are crumbs in all the cracks ....so obviously it was hardly vacuumed. Nothing was wiped down at all. Total waste of time and money.
Beware stay away they are crooks. Go to a different Jiffy Lube. Saratoga Jiffy Lube is nothing but crooks.
