We waited 50 minutes to get our truck inspected, only to be told that the person trying to inspect it wasn't licensed to do so. No apologies and no one to complain to. Training needs all round.
Start hiring people that take pride in their work. I clean homes for a living and take great pride in knowing that I provide top of the line services for my PAYING clients. I had an interior cleaning done, this afternoon, my first time- I definitely will not be back or referring anyone. Don't waste your hard earned money, do it yourself- seriously I do a better job on my worst day.
Customer service at its finest. I went through the automatic today on Ulster Ave and my car was still dirty. The guy working ran it through again and it still wasn't cleaned. I even rinsed it before going through. So then he took my car into the bay and washed it himself. Kindness really pays off ! Don't be nasty because something doesn't go your way just make people aware and give them a chance to make things better.
I've never had a problem there! And the staff is great! Even when them poor workers are standing out in the cold.they still stay friendly!!! Good job god bless ya's!! :)
I paid $25 for an "interior cleaning" this afternoon. They didn't even vacuum under the seats. No air freshener. I'm pretty sure they only thing that was done was a light vacuum in the front....which I could have done for $1 myself.
