Pulled up and asked how much. I was told $44. Great. Called in and told it was $91. Because of synthetic oil but I was never told. I checked the level a couple of days later and they had overfilled my engine. Now I'll have to do it again. Not at Jiffy Lube. Ever.

I was there today for an inspection. After it was completed I got back to my car and it was covered in grease on the exterior of my driver side door. Then I got in the vehicle and I notice more grease on the door trim, door handle, and my seat. I will not be going back here.
just got ripped off at hoffman ,never will I go there again. 1 of the employees sold me a card with a used wash on it ,said it was 2 wash card ,put my card in his pocket gave me his used card , when went to use it they said I used both ,.the last place to treat me this lost 100,000 dollars in my business
I would give it s zero if I could!!!!! My 18yr old daughter went to get a oil change and when the guy asked what oil do you use she didn't know so of course he recommended the most expensive $ 65.00 . I'm disgusted you could do that do a young lady taking her car for the first time as a responsible adult who works and goes to college. Your upselling is uncalled for!!! Will never go back!!
Go to Jiffy Lube in Kingston for Oil Change and Inspection. They suggest I get the Front and Rear Differentials serviced also. I say I have to pass this month for over $200 mainly because I dont have the time. Oil Change is fine (I hope) but my 2 year old truck fails inspection because of an emissions code. Funny how that Check Engine light wasn't on when I got there but it is now. Even funnier how that check engine light is off now....��� Maybe I should have said yes to doing the differentials, inspection might have passed.... read more
Always good service here. David was lovely. Nice to have free coffee and WiFi and free car wash with an oil change. And don’t forget your online coupon to save money!!! I never go anywhere else....
