I saw the overwhelming positive reviews for Tangela Anderson and that’s why I booked at appointment with this group. I saw Rija Tofeeq for my first visit. Horrible experience. Rushed, rude, dismissive, lack of attention to detail and pretty much discussed nothing with me. I didn’t even get prenatals prescribed. Once I got home I looked into the reviews for this practice and saw nothing but negative commentary. Despicable!!! This company needs to be shut down. Absolutely pathetic. They make contradictory advice between different doctors. They tell you that bills will be covered by insurance and then proceed to tell you that they are not and sent you massive collections. Overall very lying and Manipulative group that you stay far away from.
I had the pleasure of seeing Jasmine Whitcomb NP today at the Catonsville location. I have been going to this practice for 18yrs now. I have never experienced such professionalism and understanding from any of the Doctors that work here. She took the time to actually listen to my concerns and put a plan in motion to help with my issues. Where to start! You never see the same Doctor..I was having a C section, they gave me a Mid wife! They never answer calls, hard to get a hold of Anyone! Never asked about Blood Type, my baby is now in NiCu! Please hopefully women read .Do not go here! Very rude prediguse staff! I contacted a Law Firm. Called about bleeding,they told me it's fine call back if it gets worse! Had to call the ambulance !
