I emailed this office Oct 13th asking whether my insurance is accepted and got no reply. I submitted a request for an appointment a few days later due to not getting a response and STILL have not gotten a single response. I can see how a call can take maybe a week maximum but over 2 weeks? And yall can’t open an email and reply yes or no? Got it.
My experience with this practice was disappointing and disorganized. The front desk staff were unhelpful and unfamiliar with billing procedures. I was told I didn’t need to send records before my first appointment, only to have a nurse call the day before requesting information that could have been submitted earlier. This experience was a clear example of the poor service standards that seem to plague Baltimore — and even worse coming from a healthcare provider. They failed to fill, or even follow up on, a vital prescription — one that could have affected the outcome of care. The indifference was striking. Ive been a patient with them for 6 years and have had mixed experiences. Some appointments have been wonderful (Dr. Arul is super knowledgeable) others I’ve waited 2.5 hours to be seen. The office staff clearly doesn’t read patient chart as I’ve constantly asked to not be taken back until the doctor is ready as my anxiety sky rockets in the exam room.
