Always very accommodating. Cares about patients. Friendly to speak with. Been with him for many years.
Unprofessional! This doctor is on my insurance list for both HMO and PPO. He Stated he did not have time to help with my condition because he was going on vacation only after hearing I was HMO. When he thought I was PPO he was ready to arrange to see me. Very unprofessional response after learning I was HMO. Had no regard for the reason for my call and a poor way to conduct business! Would not recommend him.
Dr. Hofflich is an amazing dentist. If you have any anxiety about going to the dentist like I have, you need to see Dr. Hofflich. He is an expert in his profession and will answer all questions. He makes his professional recommendations but involves you in discussing the best treatment plan for you. His calm demeanor is both comforting and reassuring. I have referred friends and family to him.
