RecommendedOn vacation and lost a cap. Had it put back on yesterday. The friendly atmosphere here is unbelievable. Everyone there came in and welcomed me. The dentist was fast , very professional, and most friendly and very engaging with the patients. I highly recommend them.
You know that one friend of yours that is TERRIFIED of dentists and avoids them at all costs?!? That’s me. And after breaking a tooth I ended up at Dr. Hoerster. I arrived a nervous wreck, and left smiling and relieved! I even scheduled an annual exam and cleaning for next month! I cannot say enough great things about the entire staff. I’d hug each of them right now if I could. Just go! They are THE BEST!
I am so impressed with this office! Dr. Hoerster and his staff are amazing! I recently had 4 premolar extractions done, the day of the procedure I was so nervous and very anxious. They all made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I was okay during and after the procedure. Jen did a spectacular job with my routine cleaning, she took the time to listen to me, and even gave me recommendations for my teeth with my braces. Dr. Hoerster is a great dentist that’s very confident & instills comfort while you’re there. He’s got a great staff that’s there to fill your needs. I love this office!
The office staff is very professional and friendly and Dr. Hoerster is a young, innovative dentist that is very likeable.
Everyone there is extremely nice and kind. Dr. Hoerster has excellent ”chairside” manner. For a busy office, I felt like I was their only patient. I don't live in Fredericksburg but on my first visit they even gave me suggestions for where to eat lunch. After my extraction both the office and the dentist called to check on me. That's as good as anyone has a right to be treated! I'm grateful to be a patient there.
The staff is always greeting with smile. Dr. Hoerster is compassionate, takes his time & does a fabulous job!
