As someone who has avoided going to the dentist for a long time out of fear/anxiety, this was the perfect place to go. Everyone took their time to explain each step of the process and made the experience worry free.

Hoek Family Dentistry is a caring and professional dental practice, dedicated to ensuring a safe, comfortable, and reasonable dental outcome for all their patients. I can truthfully say the staff of Jackie, Sam, Cassie, Stacey, Dr. Kristen Maddux and Dr. Meredith Hoek are the best dental practice my family & I have experienced in Virginia Beach.
I have been coming here for myself and my daughter for several years now and I have never been disappointed. The prices are reasonable, if you need financial aid they are willing to work with you, the staff is professional, friendly and welcoming and Dr. Hoek is fabulous! My daughter never fears going to the dentist and has positive experiences every time. This is my family's go-to dentist!
Even as a new patient, with a really hurting tooth, they got me in within a few hours of my phone call!
My last trip to Dr. Hoek was fantastic. Myself and 2 children were in and out In 1 hour and 15 minutes! Staff is extremely family oriented and I've continued as a patient even after my insurance downgraded, requiring me to pay a co-pay. I highly recommend this dentistry.

We love coming to Hoek Esthetic Family Dentistry! They are SO great with our children (5 and 3 yrs old) and make coming to the dentist a fun adventure for them. They also saw me for an emergency on Christmas Eve! We couldn’t ask for a better dental office!
