Super service, professional cleaning. Dr Hoek is eminently effective examining your teeth and consummately caring and socializing with me.
Literally everyone associated with this office are the most pleasant and happy people. As soon as you walk in there’s a smile on a face. I have never waited more than 10 minutes from the time I walk in til I’m called back and I’m always there 15 minutes early which means I’m back before my actual appointment time. Dr Hoek is always pleasant and remembers not just your name but details about your life. Love this office!
After having so many bad experiences with local dentist whose priority is "...doing whatever the insurance plan will allow and more", Dr Hoek is a breath of fresh air. I started seeing Sam and Dr. Hoek over 2 years ago after a very long hiatus in dental care. I was scared to go back to see a dentist and worried it would be painful and I would be told I needed a ton of work done. I was pleasantly surprised to be treated with gentle care and great conversation to put me at ease. After my longtime dentist retired I was unhappy with the new staff that took over that practice. The new staff wasn't as friendly and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very rude and rough on my mouth (she made me bleed). A friend recommended Hoek Esthetic Family Dentistry.
