We purchased a water heater 2-1/2 years ago with a 6 year warranty. It started leaking so we called the manufacturer received an authorization number. When we called Hodges they said we had to pay $75 for an upgrade fee. When we took the old water heater in they made us pay for a new water heater and said they will reimburse us once the manufacturer reimbursed Hodges. HORRIBLE customer service!
