I would give them a zero if possible. Sorry I didn't review the dealership (Hodges ***** ******, **) with the same diligence I reviewed the vehicle. Was so happy with the experience--at first. And since we already had a **** diesel, we were happy to find a "good dealership" for future service. Wrong! Purchased the used truck on 8/2/21, so pleased with it. $25,000. My experience with this dealership is totally disheartening. I was planning on purchasing a vehicle from them, I put a deposit on it to show I was serious. Never told non-refundable, so my situation changes the day before I was going to sign paperwork and bring the trade over. I needed to keep my vehicle and contacted them to cancel it. Repeated calls to speak with the general manager not returned. New vehicle delivered 8 March to my residence in Georgia. Love the car. Delivery persons demonstrated excellent customer service. Was advised I would recieve copies of all documents signed on delivery. I have not. I also was advised by salesperson tag paperwork is handled by the dealer, forwarded to Georgia tag office, and I would recieve tag in the mail. I have not. Today is 22 March. I just bought a used truck Tuesday and its Thursday and it has to be towed. I bought it passing through FL to GA. This is going to be a nightmare. I pray this dealership will try and help us. Its a $23,000 vehicle. I am in tears and so upset.
I know these guys have to look at everything from a business point of view but what about the person that’s spending their hard earned money on a vehicle that has trouble within the first 48 hours...
group of fraud, be careful of buying here,they might never will title you the vehicle, they sold us car without title, but they really unhelpful ,heartless and rude. just letting to community know.
